Do not assume every option is 240W or 40 Gbps. The 100W 1M line is 100W. M to F is an extension lead. Match the variant name to the job.

Some select lines are held in stock for immediate dispatch and will typically be delivered within 2 business days at no additional cost.

Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped, and customers can track the status of their delivery through the courier's website.

Return Policy:

Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Criteria: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, and will be credited to the original payment method.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it was damaged or defective.

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping applies to all UK orders at checkout. There is no minimum spend.

When will I receive my item?

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 11am will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days. Gift cards will be received via email within 12 hours

Can I change or return my item?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
